From Plymouth & Saltash: Follow the A38 towards Liskeard, and at Landrake go under the footbridge over the A38 and take the second right turn into West Lane, and follow this road for ¾ mile. You will see the sign for Hay Lake Farm on your left hand side just before the staggered crossroads

From Liskeard and West Cornwall:
Follow the A38 towards Plymouth, and at Landrake take the first left turn into West Lane. (Approx. 50 yards past the speed camera also on the left side of the road). Travel down West Lane for ¾ mile. You will see the sign for Hay Lake Farm on your left hand side just before the staggered crossroads.
